Send a support request
Fill in the information that helps identify the issue, then open the prefilled email. Pétole receives the request only when you send that email from your own mail app.
Before sending
- For account access, include the email address used in Pétole.
- For app bugs, include the device, browser, app version if known, and the page URL.
- For GPS import issues, mention the file type: GPX, TCX, FIT, or another format.
- For privacy or account deletion, use the legal page or the dedicated deletion request page when it fits better.
