Use this page to ask Pétole to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. Submitting the request opens your email app with a prefilled message to contact@petole.net.

Identity verification may be required before deletion is completed.

Send a deletion request

Fill in the email address used for your Pétole account, then open the prefilled email. The request is sent only when you send that email from your own mail app.

Pétole does not receive the information typed here until you send the generated email.

What happens after the request

  • Pétole may ask you to verify ownership of the account before making changes.
  • When the account is deleted, Pétole deletes or anonymizes personal data associated with that account.
  • Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.
  • Operational backups may retain deleted data for a limited period until backup rotation or restoration windows expire.
